Oracle’s statement follows the company’s chairman, Larry Ellison, joined OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and SoftBank CEO Masayoshi Son to announce their joint Stargate Project. The endeavor seeks to invest as much as $500 billion building AI data centers across the US.
